Mix address forms from Designs by Mary Anne.Customized By You! in one section, or use different forms in different sections of your binder. Shading at the top of each form allows easy identification of entry. Packaged 26 forms to a set to give you one form for each letter of the alphabet. Your choice: narrow lines provide room for more information; wide lines provide room for larger handwriting.
